Important Notice: New Clinic Policies Based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification

Thank you very much for visiting our clinic.

We would like to inform all patients that, based on the official notification issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, our clinic plans to introduce new policies from around June 2026.

At our clinic, we carefully prepare in advance for each appointment in order to provide every patient with sufficient consultation and treatment time. However, last-minute cancellations and changes can result in lost opportunities for other patients to receive care and can also affect the efficient use of medical resources.

In light of this, and in accordance with the government’s notification, we plan to introduce the following policies.

■ Same-day and Previous-day Cancellations / Appointment Changes

For cancellations or appointment changes made on the same day or the day before the appointment due to the patient’s circumstances, a fee of approximately ¥3,000 to ¥5,000 per appointment will be charged.
The exact amount will be announced once finalized.

■ Multilingual Support

If communication in Japanese is difficult, a fee of approximately ¥2,000 per visit will be charged for interpretation and translation support.
The exact amount will be announced once finalized.

■ System Usage Fee

A system usage fee may be charged in connection with online reservations and other related services.
Details of the fee will be announced once finalized.

■ Consent Form

All patients will be asked to sign a consent form regarding the above policies.

These measures are intended to help us maintain a fair and stable medical service environment for all patients.
